Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and facilitate effective office communications.
- Process customer payments and clearly explain billing procedures.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactively follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
