ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Specialist  with Betsy Cruz Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. 

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing clients. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding policy information, billing questions, claim filings, and general account information.
 • Assist clients in understanding their policy coverage, deductibles, and exclusions.
 • Guide clients through the claims process, gather necessary information, and ensure timely and accurate claim submissions.
 • Research and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
 • Identify and escalate complex or escalated issues to appropriate departments (e.g., underwriting, claims management).
 • Review client policies with them to ensure they understand their coverage and make necessary adjustments.
 • Proactively identify potential client needs and recommend relevant products or services.
 • Assist with policy renewals and updates.
 • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
 • Actively listen to client concerns and feedback.
 • Strive to exceed client expectations at every interaction.
 • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction metrics.
 • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in company systems.
 • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
 • Participate in team meetings and training sessions. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
